In order to ensure compliance with legal regulations and the smooth conduct of our raffle event, please take note of the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a raffle ticket and enter this event.

2. Geographic Limitation:
Raffle ticket purchases are limited to individuals who are physically located within the state of Georgia at the time of ticket purchase.

3. Responsibilities of the Winner:
The recipient of the raffle prize, a golf cart, shall assume all financial responsibilities related to fees, taxes, and insurance associated with the prize.

4. Prize Collection:
The winner is also responsible for arranging the pick-up or delivery of the golf cart prize.

5. Drawing Date and Venue:
The drawing for the raffle will be conducted on November 18th, with the official announcement of the winner taking place during the Georgia Southern vs. ODU game.

6. Ticket Availability:
A maximum of 2,500 tickets will be made available for purchase.

7. Purchase Limitation:
Only one name, email address, and phone number will be allowed per purchase. However, an individual may purchase multiple tickets, contingent upon ticket availability, provided that all tickets are submitted by the same person.

8. Payment Method:
The sole accepted method of payment for ticket purchases is via credit card.
